Health & Safety

Do you administer pet medication?
Yes. We recommend that you bring enough of your dog’s medication to cover their stay. We also require that you bring the med administration instructions along with the meds. We will administer meds at no extra charge.

What happens if my dog gets into a fight with another dog? What measures are in place to prevent these scenarios?
Our staff members are trained using the Knowing Dogs program and can read a dog’s body language and behavior. Three of our play fields are staffed with at least 2 people to keep dogs engaged and to supervise their outdoor time. If a dog exhibits bad behavior they are put in “doggie time out”. Sadly, fights can happen quickly even under supervision. We assess to see if there are any injuries and treat accordingly. If we feel any warrant a trip to the vet we will notify the owners immediately and keep them updated on their dog’s care.

What happens if my dog gets sick while boarding?
Our knowledgeable staff will treat accordingly depending on the dog’s illness. If the dog has an upset stomach, we have medication we can administer. If a dog shows other concerning symptoms we will notify the owners and get the dog to their vet. Our goal is to make sure every one of our members gets proper care during their stay.

Do you offer multiple dog discounts for boarding?
Yes. When boarding multiple dogs together in the same run, the first dog is $39.99/night, the second dog is $25.00/night and the third dog is $15.00/night.

Do you offer discounts for dogs boarding for an extended period of time?
Yes. Discounts are available based on the length of stay. Please call us at 501-868-7297 for specific pricing.

How much playtime will my dog receive each day while there for boarding/daycare?
Our goal is for all dogs to have between 4-6 hours of play time each day.

What happens if there is inclement weather?
During inclement weather, such as thunder and lightning, we will do potty rotations to ensure dogs get to go outside as needed but will remain safely inside otherwise.

Can my dog be trained while they are at CCC for daycare or boarding?
Yes, we offer Puppy Kindergarten and Daycare Training on Mondays through Thursdays. For training during Boarding, arrangements should be made in advance with the trainer.

What qualifications does the CCC trainer have?
Our trainer has 10 years of experience in dog training and is a member of APDT (Association of Professional Dog Trainers).
