With the Fall season officially here, the mornings become colder, the days become shorter, and finding time to take your pup to daycare may become harder. That’s why Canine Country Club of Arkansas offers our popular Bark Bus services to taken the burden off of you.
What is the Bark Bus?
The Bark Bus is a specially outfitted van, designed to safely transport our furry friends to the Canine Country Club. Our driver, Darrious, arrives in the morning at our designated stops to pick up the riders and brings them back after a long day of play at the club.
Where does the Bark Bus stop?
The Bark Bus picks up and drops off in two convenient locations in Little Rock. To serve our Midtown and West Little Rock customers, one of our stops is at Panera Bread in the Pleasant Ridge Shopping Center. Morning pick-up at this location is between 7:00-7:15 AM and afternoon drop-off is from 5:45-6:00 PM.
For our Heights and Hillcrest canine guests, the Bark Bus also stops at Sissy’s Log Cabin in the Heights. Pups can hop on the bus from 7:30-7:45 AM and be picked back up from 5:00-5:30PM.
Who drives the Bark Bus?
Our driver’s name is Darrious Thomas. Dogs and owners alike love Darrious. In fact, he’s so popular, Little Rock Soirée wrote a story on him and the Bark Bus – check it out here. Darrious knows the Bark Bus passengers by name and even remembers their likes, dislikes, and personalities.
How does my dog become a Bark Bus rider?
Before your pup’s first ride on the Bus, you’ll need to complete our Shuttle Agreement Form. Once we have copy on file, your dog can ride the Bark Bus at any time with a reservation. Be sure to bring your dog on a leash so they can be safely loaded into the Bus.
Ultimately, we created the Bark Bus with our customers in mind. We wanted to make their lives easier and their commute more convenient. And, based on the wonderful feedback we’ve received from dog owners, we know it has accomplished that.
